Mango Avocado Salad
I love all the mexican flavors in this salad. The sweet mango paired with the creamy avocado, it’s magical! This salad was a huge hit at a recent pool party. It’s summer in your mouth!
This salad is so filling, you can have this be a full meal. It’s healthy, vegan, gluten free, soy free and dairy free. It’s great as is, or with a scoop of salsa and a few chips to go with it. We love it with a basic ranch or a nice vinaigrette.

Mango Avocado Salad
INGREDIENTS:
romaine lettuce, chopped
mango, diced
can of black beans, drained and rinsed
corn
tomatoes, diced
avocado, diced
green bell pepper, sliced
red onion
handful of cilantro
Directions:
Chop up, toss together and serve!!
I love this with Briana’s Cilantro Lime dressing, Blush Red Wine Vinaigrette, or Ranch.
