Ideas for Using Up Your Thanksgiving Leftovers
If you have extra Turkey, make one of these:
Four Bean Chili - (just sub turkey for the ground beef) - this freezes really well
Turkey Pot Pie- grab a couple extra pie crusts at the store, press one in the pan and add leftover turkey, some mixed vegetables (I just thaw the frozen kind that have carrots, peas, corn and green beans), pour your gravy in there, slap the other pie crust on top and bake it. This is also great for the freezer.
If you have extra Cranberry Sauce, make one of these:
If you have extra Mashed Potatoes, make one of these:
Shepherd’s pie - idea for this one- layer your leftover garlic green beans, turkey, sausage stuffing, gravy and then top with mashed potatoes!
If you have extra Dinner Rolls, try these ideas:
Make bread pudding or an egg breakfast casserole
Make homemade croutons
Freeze them for later
