Beef Tostadas
I LOVE making these beef tostadas when I have a bunch of leftover Mexican food that I need to use up. It’s a super fast dinner which is so helpful when you have a busy schedule. Beef Tostadas are very easy to put together, and our kids love them! These are delicious served with our Mexican Style Corn on the Cob.
We had these a lot when we went on our trip to Cancun to revisit my husband’s mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.. We have a great post all about the fun things you need to go when you visit, click here.
