Grilled Pork Chops in Malt Vinegar Marinade

Now I can't take total credit for the cook on this pork chop, because it was my husband, Warren, who grilled it. BUT- I was in charge of the marinade- and the flavor on this is amazing.
Ideally I would want to put this in the fridge hours before grilling- even the night before. But I only had 30 minutes tonight- and it worked wonderfully!
Malt Vinegar Marinade
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup malt vinegar
5 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
5 sprigs of fresh rosemary, roughly chopped with cooking scissors
Mix it all together and pour over pork chops.
Now this made quite a bit of marinade, but I was using a Coscto size package of pork chops. So if you are making much smaller portions- you can easily half this recipe. Or just save half of this marinade in a jar in the refrigerator for later. It would also be great on chicken, beef, shrimp or veggies that are going on the grill.
Every grill is different- but we grilled ours on low for about 10 minutes on one side, and 3 minutes on the other. But our grill runs pretty hot.
We served the pork chops with a green bean and pea mixture- but it would also be tasty with the zucchini used in our zucchini tacos. We also served it with our summery strawb-peach-mint fruit cup. We also gave the kids an option of having a baked potato for those that needed more of a fill up.
