Roasted Asparagus
I love this recipe because it is super easy, but goes really well with a fancy dinner. You can roast it longer or shorter, depending on how crispy you like your asparagus.

Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients:
1 bunch of asparagus
olive oil, a couple drizzle’s worth
garlic salt (or even better, fresh garlic minced, and salt)
pepper, a few dashes
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees. Chop the woody ends off of the asparagus (about 3 inches usually). Drizzle olive oil over a baking sheet with a lip around the edge. Wash asparagus and place in rows on the baking sheet.
Drizzle again with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
Roast in the oven 10-15 minutes, depending on how skinny your asparagus are and how well done you like them. I like mine on the crunchier side.
